Make Your Own Italian Pasta - Saturday November 23rd, 4 - 7 pm

 

Cost: €65 per person

 

In this fun 3-hour workshop we will make our own pasta dough from scratch using durum wheat flour and eggs. Once we've kneaded our dough into the perfect smooth, silky texture, we'll learn how to transform it into wonderful filled ravioli and tagliatelle using a traditional pasta-rolling machine. 

 

We will prepare a seasonal ravioli filling using pumpkin or mushrooms and serve these delicious little parcels as a first course with herbs, butter and parmesan.

 

Our tagliatelle will be the second course, served with a simple sauce and a vegetable dish alongside.

 

If you've always wanted to try making your own pasta, this is a great discovery course and an opportunity to try a rolling machine before investing in your own.

Christmas Baking Class - Traditional Lebkuchen Cookies - Friday December 6th, 4 - 6.30 pm

 

Cost: €55 per person

 

In this seasonal baking workshop you will learn to make your own German Lebkuchen cookies. These are so much better than the ones you can buy - they have the perfect dense, moist, slightly chewy texture and are full of nutty, spicy flavour. Once they are baked, you can simply glaze them and decorate with nuts, or dip in chocolate for a decadent finish. Each participant should be able to take home 8-10 cookies to share or give away! 

 

Please note, these cookies are made from nuts and are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
